Pallaso To Assume Sheebah’s Position In UNMF

Singer Pius Mayanja also known as Pallaso is set to assume fellow singer Sheebah Karungi’s position in the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF).

This is going to happen for the time Sheebah will be in Canada which is approximately six months as she is meant to welcome her newborn baby.

Sheebah was appointed the deputy president of the federation with Eddy Kenzo as the president. She has been very active and even attended almost every meeting and session.

According to Eddy Kenzo, without Sheebah, the federation will keep doing its work. For that matter, Pallaso who is also another deputy will have to step in. He said that he knows he is also good at leadership and will do his best to serve musicians like they expect him to do.

“I am aware and I personally talked to Sheebah before she left. I know she is going to spend some time where she has gone. This means someone has to step in for her in the federation. Pallaso is going to assume her office and everything will be well. He has also been active, he knows what is going on,”

It should be noted that there are some musicians who are not in the federation. They don’t even know what is going on in there.

Kenzo said he will still serve them and make decisions that are only in their interests and the whole music industry.
