Patrick Kanyomozi To New Vision On Bobi Wine Critics; Start Giving Free Death Announcements Space

Sports media personality Patrick Kanyomozi has come out to advise New Vision to stop giving free space to people who are already dead. Kanyomozi’s comments were directed at the RCC of Kampala, Hudu Hussein.

Amidst the ongoing social media battles between Bobi Wine and Muhoozi, most people have already chosen their camps. And most government apologists are on the side of Muhoozi as expected.

Hudu took to his Twitter page to criticize Bobi Wine for being at his beach having a good time as Gen Muhoozi was in the bush in DRC flushing out ADF rebels. Hudu further questioned who between Bobi Wine and Muhoozi has the country’s best interests at heart.

“In 2days @newvisionwire . While @HEBobiwine was at his beach having fun, Gen. @mkainerugaba was busy in the jungles of Congo flushing out ADF rebels, to protect the country. Who’s sacrificing for the country than the other. @NUP_Ug , @NRMOnline,” Hudu tweeted.

This did not sit down well with Kanyomozi who is the president of Ugandans on Twitter (UOT). Kanyomozi, a known Bobi Wine diehard advised New Vision not to give such free space fillers to people like Hudu in case they have some next time.

The sports journalist wondered how an adult like Hudu expected Bobi Wine to be in the bush.

He further added that the next thing Hudu might do is accuse Bobi Wine’s son Kampala of lacking the courage to torture incarcerated author, Kakwenza Rukira.

“Dear @newvisionwire, the next time you need space fillers kindly donate such space to run free death announcements. How can an adult expect Bobi to be in Congo? He’s about to accuse Solomon Kampala of lacking the courage to torture Kakwenza,” Kanyomozi hit back.

The two camps, NRM and NUP have basically made a Twitter battle ground where they clash occasionally.

The battle has shifted from Bobi Wine against Museveni more to the NUP principle against Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
