The head of the Mayanja Family, legendary singer Jose Chameleone’s father Gerald Mayanja has revealed that his family is blessed. He made this statement after Chameleone’s successful ‘Gwanga mujje’ concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

This concert had so many issues before it happened. It was scheduled for 10th February 2023 but it rained that day and the stage got destroyed hence postponing it. It was said there is some witchcraft behind the incident and fans were curious if the concert will happen even on the re-scheduled date 24th February 2023. However, Chameleone stood firm and attended prayers at Pastor Wilson Bugembe’s church seeking blessings to make sure his concert happens.

Fortunately, the show happened and the weather was even clear. So many people attended and he did what he does best which is performing for his fans to the fullest.

All his parents, mother and father Prossy and Gerald Mayanja, were in attendance. They had interviews with the media giving their views of their son’s Gwanga Mujje concert.

According to him, there was a lot said about his son. However, people always forget that all his family is blessed. He said there isn’t any other family with successful celebrities like Jose Chameleone, Weasel, Pallaso in the industry and that should show fans a lot about them.

“People should know that Mayanja family is blessed. See how my sons are successful and still making it in the industry despite all the hate put on them,” he said.
