Petr Cech who has been a keeper for Chelsea since July 2004 and has been the expensive goal keeper in the chelsea’s history, signed from Rennes at £7 million joins Arsenal at move of £11million.

The 33-year-old is expected to be a debut against his former club Chelsea in the community shield at Wembley.

Arsene Wenger, the Arsenal coach has been having a hard time for giving contracts to players above 30 years old but the signing of the Cech seems that Wenger has overcome the bias towards aged players over 30 years.
Wenger needs to get his team Arsenal to compete for the premier league and champions league next season and that’s what he is doing by strengthening his squad.
