C.I.D Officer Has Been Suspended Over Perpetual Bribery

The troubled Criminal Intelligence Department – CID police officer has suffered a victim in Bukomansimbi District after allegedly being suspended by his bosses over bribery issues.

Baine Enoch the Greater Masaka Regional Police Commander made this announcement regarding the suspension of a police officer identified as Steven Musinguzi yesterday, after many people complaining about his bribery claims to obtain police services.

The Information was released yesterday during a community meeting held in Bukomansimbi town council where the final decision was made.

A few days back, Abdul Muyingo, a security officer in Kitanda Sub County and his wife, were arrested by Police on issues concerning child trafficking, but unfortunately were freed without charges.
