Police Warns Owino Traders Over Selling Military Attires

Owino market is a known market for selling classy second hand clothes and shoes. It is also known to be oldest market found in Kampala district.

In the second hand clothes that are sold in the market include the military wear that is loved by youth and celebrities.

However, the police have come out to warn the Owino traders over selling the military attires.

The Kampala police commander Kafeero was talking to the traders in Owino.

He said: “You all know crime these days has no limits, no borders, we are working hand in hand with the different police units to counter cases of violent crime, drug abuse and other related security concerns.” he later warned them against selling military like camouflage that comes in form of second hand clothes from outside countries.”
