Perhaps one of the strangest things one can have on his bucket list, Bajjo saw it as fun. Other people may say it is the worst experience and they wouldn’t even wish it to their worst enemy. However, for events promoter Bajjo, being in prison is not a big deal
Bajjo said there was a time when everything was going wrong in Uganda. People were suffering and dying and he thought he was also going to die through the process.
The only way he would feel safe was being behind bars but that didn’t happen to him. He said he remembers protesting but they would detain him for a day and after release him.
The events promoter said he is now in a better position and he doesn’t feel like going to prison anymore. All the things that used to scare him are no longer happening.
“There was a time when I wanted to be imprisoned. I did some things hoping to be jailed, but they didn’t,” he revealed.
It should be noted that Bajjo used to protest with Abitex and none of them was even jailed for long. He has had quite a number of controversies but none has landed him behind bars for long yet.
One would think that he was not serious about the jail thing, if he indeed wanted to be jailed and for long, he would just need to maybe slap a high-ranking police officer or minister. That sure would land him in jail for years, not petty protests.
