The Court’s move was attracted by the duo’s failure to show up this morning after jumping a court. The pair has been on court bail which they secured after secretly showing up following warrants of arrest were against them last October.
It has reliably been learnt that the duo who were supposed to be arrested on sight charges of computer misuse, sneaked into the court chambers and secured bails at the time. They were however, meant to report today but elected to jump the bail, hence the criminal warrants again.
The developments follow a case filed by their former manager, Jeff Kiwanuka aka Kiwa. Through his lawyers of Muwema and Co. Advocates and Solicitors, Jeff Kiwanuka had demanded that the duo pull down a video and issue an apology by Monday, 20th June 2016,on top of paying him Shs1bn.
In the video clip, the pair alleges how they warned Jeff Kiwa to quit witchcraft but did not take heed of their advice. “It’s now time to deal with your troubles as we all have our issues to deal with.” Radio added; “You sacrificed people, you have human heads and now you want to link these things to us.”
Meanwhile, in the clip, Moze Radio did more of the talking while Weasel was just nodding prompting comments from fans that suggested that very action is summarized in their names, one is a Radio and the other is a TV.
