The celebrated son to Sudir and city tycoon Rajiv Ruparelia won the Federation of Motorsport Clubs of Uganda (FMU) 2019 Autocross on Sunday, breaking out a record for the first time ever. The rally event took place in Kayunga District.

However, Rajiv Ruparelia and his co-driver Ronnie Walia appeared first in their Vw Polo car at 05:18.5.
This marks an interesting second outing for Ruparelia, who rallied under his ‘RR – Double Trouble’ team and cruising his newly launched VW Polo Proto, that was brought from Poland.
Therefore, in his debut rally in May this year, Rajiv Ruparelia was the second after clocking a record time of 10:44 minutes, during the Enduro Autocross Championship 2019, which took place in Zion Estates, Ssisa.
Navigated by Ronnie Walia, Rajiv’s team RR – ‘Double Trouble’ is managed by veteran rally driver Dipu Rupareria while Mike Mwangi is the Chief Mechanic.
