The defending champions real Madrid last night made it to their third successive Champions league final after kicking out bayern munich in semi finals.
Real Madrid kicked out the German champions Bayern Munich from the Champions league in the second leg of the semi-finals.
After Bayern losing to Madrid in the first leg of the semi-finals, Bayern came in the second with a greater and better fight against the defending champions.
Bayern opened the scoring through their defender kimmich in the 3rd minute though in just 8 minutes later Benzema scored an equalizer for real Madrid.
The first 45 minutes of the game ended in a 1-1 draw between the two teams.
In the beginning of the second half, Bayern’s goal keeper Ulreich made a terrible mistake that resulted into Benzema scoring his second goal of the night hence putting Madrid in the lead.
However, through James, Bayern also scored the second goal for Munich thus adding pressure on real Madrid.
Despite of the pressure, Madrid was able to hold it down enabling to make it to the final in Kiev on aggregate of 4-3.
