Rickman Manrick Finally Lands Movie Role

Singer Rickman Manrick is excited after finally landing an acting role in a local film. This happened days after he said he wasn’t comfortable in the music industry because of what the fans speak about him.

The singer has been in the music industry for some years and has a strong team behind him.

His girlfriend Sheilah Gashumba is one of the promoters of music in different countries like Nigeria. Still, Rickman hasn’t blown up musically which makes fans keep referring to him as an upcoming.

A few days ago, he said he doesn’t like being called an upcoming artiste and he is willing to join the film industry because he is a good actor.

Rickman was seeking opportunities requesting anyone with a project to contact him and give him a role. He was specific about what he wanted and had said he couldn’t act in films that portrayed witchcraft.

The singer yesterday posted saying he finally got an acting job and he is now targeting the Oscars.

“Someone saw potential in me and decided to give me a role 🫣 I am very excited 😜. Road to Oscars , Netflix Cinemas, Hollywood twala tugende,” he tweeted.

It should be noted that before the singer became an artist, he was a footballer and he is now joining the film industry. He has also never had a concert before, especially because he has no hit song yet.
