Robin Kisti Bitter; You Denied Me The Job Because I Support NUP

Media Personality and former NTV presenter, Robin Kisti is bitter with NBS TV and Douglas Lwanga. She has accused them of denying her a job at their station because she is a supporter of NUP.

Apparently, NBS is basically NRM, so due to that, they just couldn’t give her a job at their station. However, she says she will not be ceasing her support for National Unity Platform.

“Mbu it’s because the TV belongs to Natasha Museveni, so they won’t hire me because I am a @HEBobiwine fan. Too bad coz I will support @NUP_Ug till I die, TV or no TV!”

Robin Kisti says she is not mad because they denied her the job but because they called her on the show only to give the job to another person.

According to her, this was just total disrespect to her as a person. She queried why NBS asked people for videos only for them to choose someone who didn’t compete in this at all.

“Why make people do videos to compete in a race that was not there, it is misleading to the viewers and is not right. You knew you already had your person but still played with us, call me bitter but y’all took it too far and I didn’t need to be part of that!” Robin wrote

The argument on ground is that Sheila Gashumba didn’t take part in the competition but she was considered.

This according to many, looks as though, was just a planned move to trend yet they knew who they wanted already. It comes across as double standards for such a brand in the country.

However, what if they were not impressed by all the people that presented? What if what they were looking for was not found in all the people that showcased.

At the end of the day, TV ends up hiring who they think is worth it according to what they want and see. So are they really to blame for this?
