Schweinsteiger says: Man Utd needs a killer instinct for it to win games

As the red devils are heading to Germany this week for their clash between them and Wolfsburg which will decide as to whether they will make it to the next round of the champions league, Man Utd’s midfielder Schweinsteiger says that Manchester United must forget talk of a title challenge unless they rediscover their killer instinct in front of goal.

He also insists that Players are not scared in front of goal because in every game we create chances but haven’t scored. When that is the case it is not easy to win matches.

The United midfielder said: ‘It is all about the killer instinct. We have players who have the abilities but we need it in every game.’

Schweinsteiger explains!

He says that killer instinct must return by the time United take to the field in Wolfsburg on Tuesday night otherwise they are likely to exit the Champions League.

Even though the German International may not be pleased with the way his current club Manchester united handled things at Old Trafford with West Ham, on Saturday, his manager Van Gaal said: ‘A lot of players have missed chances against West Ham, and it is no big issue with a goalless draw with it.’

Van Gaal has pointed the finger directly at his misfiring forwards, claiming a striker like Sergio Aguero or Luis Suarez would be banging in the goals at Old Trafford.
