Sheebah Explains Her Perception Of Feminism

Songstress Sheebah Kalungi famously known as Queen Sheebah has explained her perception of feminism. She said that everyone has their description for it and believes that both men and women should play a role in it.

The singer used to focus on her music business and career. However, when she left her management that was led by Jeff Kiwa, she started showing off her other side that she never used to present. The singer started showing support to fellow women and even revealed that she is a feminist.

The talented singer spoke about her experience and plans saying that as a feminist, she is strong and can do for herself whatever she wants in her life.

The Ice cream hitmaker also said that she likes to be independent. This is one of the reasons why she doesn’t want to ever get married to any man in her life.

According to Sheebah, she believes that as a feminist, women and men should get equal pay in whatever they do. She however said that men need to play a bigger role with their masculinity. This is to apparently open doors for ladies in their lives as part of feminism.

“Men and women should get equal pay but as a man, you should do your masculine roles. Open doors for the ladies in your life. It should be as simple as that and we will all live happily,” Sheebah said

It should be noted that there are some women in the music industry who think Sheebah isn’t a feminist. She just uses the term to look like a good person in the community.
