Sheila Gashumba: The Best Gift I Got From My Dad Was A Phone

Kampala socialite, Sheila Gashumba has said the best gift she ever received from her father is a phone at a very young age. According to her, it was the beginning of her wealth creation.

She apparently gets US$20,000 per Month on every project she works on using her phone or laptop.

“I think the best thing my dad ever bought me when I was young was a phone!! Got my first phone at 8 years and my own computer too!! He got me quick typing tutorial games to spend up my typing on any keyboard and now I make close to 20,000usd a month by working on my phone,” Gashumba wrote

This post caused a lot of talk on social media especially among young people saying it doesn’t add up.

“The two things don’t add up – Having your 1st phone/PC at 8 years & making $20,000 a month are not related what’soever. Could you shed some more light on how exactly you make $20k a month – It’s certainly not made from having a phone,” a one Cephas wrote.

Sheila Gashumba however has promised her followers to make a YouTube video of how she does this.

A number of people didn’t understand how this even works but for those who have been in the business for long say you could even make more than that monthly.

“She has 384k followers. If each is worth 1 USD, that’s a potential 384k USD say over 365 days, if leveraged well. That’s approximately 32k USD per month,” a one Mutyaba said.

Gashumba is placed among the top 5 influencers on social media in Uganda.

She works on a number of deals regarding boasting businesses that want to grow online. Besides that, she has other businesses going on like her show on Honey TV.
