Sheilah Gashumba Signs New Deal TV To Host House Of Chefs On DSTV

City socialite, Sheilah Gashumba has signed a new deal with DSTV’s MultiChoice Uganda. The socialite host a cooking show on the continent-wide new show on Honey TV.

In a statement, that was released, MultiChoice said Sheilah will bring her experience from previous local and regional TV to the House Of Chefs.

This show is going to have eight seasons airing on DSTV starting 13th August.

“MultiChoice Uganda is excited to announce this show launch as it reaffirms our commitment to bring great entertainment and top-class talent from across the continent to our customers. DStv Uganda customers will now enjoy riveting show content hosted by one of our own to enjoy and relish,” said Colin Asiimwe, Head of Marketing at MultiChoice Uganda.

Sheilah Gashumba will not be alone in hosting the show. She is going to work alongside, Siba Mtongana from South Africa. Gashumba has steadily built her brand, no wonder she is now attracting bigger deals.

Much as people want to attach her success to her dad’s position in society, we can’t downplay her efforts. If she was not diligent enough, she wouldn’t sustain what her father started for her.

She joined the media while young and worked with NTV on a kids show. Later she started hosting T-Nation then Style project.

However, she later left claiming the pay was minimal yet her time was being consumed. She has been offscreen for a while and now she is back on TV at even a higher level.
