Former media personality Sheilah Gashumba has on several occasions attacked companies over poor approach regarding her brand. Over the past years, several Telecom companies have been criticized for cheating their clients through different ways.

Among cheating techniques include fake transactions where customers lose a lot of money through their processes. However, even celebrities also face the same challenge just like Sheilah Gashumba, who is also disappointed and asking why her data bundles perish out in a very short period of time.

Sheilah threatens them of being greedy, money minded with less customer care.

“Lol but these telecommunications companies in Uganda!! How can weekly 500mb data @4000ugshs run out in an hour?” She tweeted.
