Singer Irene Namatovu Advises Precious Remmie About Marriage

Singer and wife to Kakuto MP Geoffrey Lutaaya, Irene Namatovu has come out to give advice to Spark TV’s Livewire presenter Precious Remmie about marriage.

Remmie over the weekend introduced her fiance Raymond Bindeeba to her family in a colorful ceremony.

Namatovu, the entertainers of the day said that the TV presenter should try as much as possible to avoid rumors. This follows the negativity that has surrounded Remmie and Raymond’s relationship.

Ever since Raymond proposed to Remmie, social media has brewed up all stories concerning cheating allegations. Namatovu however wonders why Ugandans are pessimistic.

She added that when a person finds a partner, they criticize them, even when they don’t have they still insult them.

“I love Remmie so much and I wish her all the best. All I can tell her is to be patient and always have faith in God. I always want people to be happy just like me. I don’t know what’s wrong with Ugandans. When a person is not married, they’re insulted and even when they get a partner they are still insulted,” she said.

She tasked all those who are criticizing Precious Remmie’s man to present theirs and they judge.

Namatovu is married to fellow singer Geoffrey Lutaaya and have beentogether for close to two decades. Their marriage has not been short of controversies especially relating to Lutaaya’s infidelity allegations.

Despite all this, Namatovu did manage to stick by her husband’s side and they now enjoy a happy marriage.
