Former notorious Kampala socialite and frequent law breaker Charles Olim alias Sipapa and his wife were again remanded until November 21st for their next case hearing. While addressing the press, their lawyer expressed that Sipapa’s case is still ongoing for an unknown time. This is until the 20 witnesses who have to testify against the socialite are done.
So far, he disclosed, they are done with the hearing of 7 witnesses and are left with 13. The couple’s plans for bail still have complications, and a final decision has not yet been made.
Based on the seven witnesses who have given their sides of the story, Sipapa’s lawyer is confident that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
