Sipapa Caught Over Public Violence In The City

Sipapa entertainment CEO, Charles Olim alias Sipapa, has been arrested several times for violence in Kampala, and again was recently caught by police with a file case grouped as Public Nuisance and undisciplined way of driving.

It seems the city tycoon, will never be lucky because of the several arrests he faces most times. He’s well-known for showing his indiscipline when it comes to driving on road, and on several occasions, he scares people with his pessimistic character.

Now Sipapa was spoted and arrested by the police officers around Kiseka market were he caused all these wrangles. It’s alleged that through people’s complaints around there, they alerted the police thus making it easier for them to arrest him. Since people around there have businesses and work to do, they were obstructed by his disruptions which angered them.

Therefore, through reports from the police, they seriously cautioned most public figures, and any other person to be disciplined while driving, to stay away from unnecessary arrests. Most people think that the husband to Serena Bata is addicted to prison cells, and others think it’s bad luck on his side.
