Ever since Hon Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu’s armored SUV got shipped into the country back in February, it has gone on to make headlines up to now.
Sipapa who is known for his splashy life and driving luxurious cars said that actually Bobi Wine had been asked peanuts by the tax collecting body and should therefore stop lamenting.
“Bobi wine should stop saying that the money asked of him is a lot. A lot of people in this country drive cars that have lots of taxes cleared for them than him. Go ask SK Mbuga how much he paid for his Ferrari. Do you know how much taxes I paid for my cars. I also have an armored car that I paid over 400 million for to clear in taxes.”
Sipapa who was once an ally to the Kamwokya based singer’s crew drifted away last year and joined NRM. TheNRM massively rewarded him with money and cars.
Sipapa went ahead to wonder how someone who cannot clear his taxes wants to lead a country.
”He doesn’t want to pay taxes but wants to be president of the country. So how will the nation develop? Someone who is crying about peanut money cannot lead a man like me who is always having a billion shillings just in my pocket.”
He went ahead to say that if the former presidential candidate can’t clear the car, he will ask URA to sell it to him.
”I will notify URA of my desire to buy that car if he can’t afford to clear it. He has just started driving such vehicles and has never brought a new car into the country.”
However, one of Bobi Wine’s lawyers advised Sipapa to be calm and not rush just like his name.
