Sylvester Stallone Lists His Mega Mansion For Sale

The 74-year-old Rocky movie star Sylvester Stallone has put a price on his contemporary 3.5 acre Beverly Hills mega-mansion. The home in the exclusive North Beverly Park neighborhood is listed for a whopping $110 million.

Sylvester Stallone listed his house under the listing agency known as Hilton & Hyland. The agents are Paris Hilton’s dad Rick along with his son Barron Hilton II and his son’s wife Tessa. Rick’s business partner Jeff Hyland is also listed.

The home will undoubtedly serve as an oasis to those seeking privacy from the hustle of Tinseltown. It is found at the end of a cul-de-sac up a long private driveway in an exclusive enclave.

The main house consists of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms including a master suite. More to that is three spacious suite bedrooms and two maid’s bedrooms. The opulent master suite includes a sauna, steam room, and an office with a terrace.

There is also a two-story guest house with 2 en-suite bedrooms and a full kitchen as designed by Richard Landry. The two-story building includes a formal living room with a view to Rodeo Drive and beyond.

Furthermore, amenities also include a professional movie theater, gym, and a cigar room with an air-filtration system. Outside there is a massive patio with an infinity pool, spa, and even a putting green. To finish with a cherry on top is an air-conditioned eight-car garage with an art studio.

The gated community is also home to Hollywood royalty Denzel Washington and Eddie Murphy.
