Let’s start with who you should invite. You know you shouldn’t be inviting everyone otherwise the fun will be ruined. So rule number one is to know who you should invite.
After putting your list together, call your friends up.
Don’t assume that they will all be in because you have suggested it. Tell them about the plan, this would mean getting in a physical meeting.
In that physical meeting, make sure to find out everyone’s program to get a suitable day or days for the trip. After getting the day, then go ahead and agree about the place.
Let everyone be involved in this decision-making progress for them to feel involved.
After all that is done, make a budget of what you want and state the amount required from everyone. Make sure the budget is not overly done, let it be realistic, and at least have a month or two of preparation before the day.
Among you, choose the person who is going to keep calling in to check on the people who are going because this is very important.
Make sure during the trip, it’s not all ordinary. Plan for your days, of course, leave some room for surprises because it’s part of the fun.
The whole thing here is about good planning otherwise, the trip may never happen. Be intentional about it and go have some fun, responsibly of course.
