Vinka Excited By Jose Chameleone’s Love For Her Voice And Music

Singer Veronica Lugya also known as Vinka is excited by legendary Jose Chameleone’s love for her voice and her music. She said she couldn’t believe that someone like him would even appreciate her music.

Vinka has struggled with stigmatization from the media especially social media for a long time. They have called her a man because of her deep voice. Others even said she is not talented at all.

She joined the music industry as a manager of fellow singer Irene Ntale. However, she fell out with Irene when she started singing and up to date, they don’t talk.

According to Vinka, it took Ugandans so much time to finally accept her for who she is. She said she knew that she was talented but people’s words used to put her down.

The singer said she has got so many compliments this year than she has ever got in her career. She said she was very happy when she heard that Jose Chameleone loves her voice after calling it very unique and he loves it.

“Whenever I meet Dr. Chameleone, he always tells me how he loves the tone of my voice. At Comedy Store, I was starstruck to see him dancing and enjoying my performance,” she said.

It should be noted that Vinka has had a number of hit songs for many years straight. She is one of the best stage performers in the country. However, she hasn’t had a concert of her own before.
