Obviously, sometimes you should indeed walk away especially if staying is at the cost of your life. This however should not come as a priority, walk away only if you must. I have watched so many people walk out things to later find out they made a huge mistake. Sit down and think, ask yourself a number of questions. Is it worth it to walk away? What do I stand to lose or gain? What is influencing me to do so?
A number of times, when we meet with the worst situations, it’s really hard to say that we should stay and fight. This takes a while and a lot of patience indeed but if it’s worth it then fight to stay. There is no place you will go to and move smoothly without slipping into the valley at some point.
If every time, you are in the valley all you think of is running to a new direction then you will never have any destination in life.
Weigh the issues and your decision, do they balance? Most times the issue is very small, but we make big decisions and we end up losing in the end. Walking away should be the last resort when all has failed. Definitely, if something is putting your life at stake, run but if it’s not so, sit down and make a new strategy on how to strike a balance.
