Why Monday Is The Most Dreaded Day Of The Week

Monday is the most dreaded day of the week, especially among those who work. If they had the power, they would probably scrap it off the days of the week.

Well, even the students just dread this day, who loves Monday? However, whether the day is loved or not, it is here to stay, and we must learn how to live with it.

Well, Monday just happens to come after the weekend. The weekend is always full of parties and so many happenings here and there. Unfortunately, there are only two days on the weekend.

So Monday just finds people still in the mood of partying and yet it’s a working day. Waking up is a problem, some have to struggle with hangovers, some struggle with fatigue from trips they took during the weekend.

What does this mean? It means we make Monday complicated ourselves. Perhaps, people may need to start planning for their weekends well so that the day ceases to be hectic.

You can just make sure Sunday finds you home at least by 5 pm. This will give you ample time to relax and plan for your week. It is easier to walk into a day you have planned for.

Set your mind to be happy even on a Monday. Whatever you have set your mind to will be seen in your actions. So you can actually do away with all the bias of the day and decide to walk into it like it’s a Friday.

It starts with your mind! Surely, Monday can’t remain the most dreaded day of the week after trying this out because it has to work. Try it out!
