Why You Need To Be Polite To People

It’s very important to be polite, you don’t know what people are going through. Some people just don’t know how to talk to people. For instance, their employees, employers, friends, spouses among others. Why would even be so rude on a Monday morning? This is just enough to ruin someone’s whole week.

You don’t know what people are going through. At least if you want to rebuke people, find out why they did what they did? You will find a boss speaking on top of his voice because his employee has come late. Did you find out why they came late? What if they had a health emergency? They may have lost someone? What if they really need to talk to someone?

This is why people just commit suicide. Words are powerful and they have a great impact on people. It gets worse on social media. I mean no one knows you, people are so mean, they just don’t care.  Why is hate speech so embraced on social media? How would you feel when you say all the ugly things about someone to later find them dead by suicide?

You lose nothing when you are polite. Actually, you gain a lot. It’s a part of great people skills. You can never get the best out of someone when you constantly be rude to them. They will work in fear or live in fear. In case of any advice, instead of coming to you, they will go to someone else. You just create an atmosphere of fear. Let us be polite.
