Kenyan President William Ruto Denies Disappearance Of Some Kenyans After Protest

The President of Kenya William Ruto has denied the disappearance of some Kenyans after the protest. Ruto said that he is not aware of any specific person disappearing as all he heard is that some people are not found.

He also said there are no names of those people they claim to have disappeared.

It is very common in Africa, especially in politics for some people to get abducted for their involvement. Some are found in detention centers while others are found dead.

Then there are those who are never found at all after they disappeared. This leaves some families in distress and wondering where their people could actually be.

The last two months have seen Kenyans protesting against different things in their government.

The first one was against the signing of the finance bill and the others have been the resignation of President Ruto and other government officials.

According to William Ruto, he is against the disappearance of people and his government is wiling to deal with it. He said if people come forward and give out names he has somewhere to start from.

“If there is any Kenyan who has disappeared, I want people to step forward and say so and so has disappeared. I will be very happy to deal with it. Under my administration, I have said there will be no disappearance of Kenyans again. There will be no extra judicial killing of Kenyans, I have said that with clarity,”
