Musician Sheebah Karungi has advised women to give themselves flowers as they celebrate women’s day. She says they deserve them for all they have been through.

She said this through a post on social media wishing women happy celebrations on their day.

“Happy International Women’s Day To All The Bold Queens Consistently & Fearlessly Walking Towards Their Purpose Every Day! I Know It’s Not Easy But Look How Far You’ve Come Queen👏🙌🙌You Got This🙏🏾💪 And Don’t Ever Forget To Give Yourself The Damn Flowers 4 Killing It!!”

Sheeba is one of the most respected women in the music industry for the standard she put up. For over four years, Sheebah remained on top of the music charts not just for the side of the women, but in the whole industry as well. Her fans commended her for keeping her head in the game.

“thank u queen Mama, u are a true living definition of a woman hustling in an environment dominated by men and u are outshining. You are a living testimony to many of us. Happy women’s day Auntie sheebah,” a one Rashida Mugawe said.

Women in the music industry have greatly improved over the years. You can no longer just count them because they are numerous in number.

Even more, the music women are producing lately is up to standard. They have invaded all genres in music which is a very beautiful thing because this is not how it was a few years ago.

Meanwhile, In other news, as the whole world celebrates international women’s day today, a lot has been said about women already.

Women have generally come a long way and though they haven’t reached, at least they have gone far.
