Young Rapper Felister Among Candidates Sitting For Their PLE Today

Young female rapper, Felister, is among the candidates who are sitting for the Primary Leaving Examination papers today.

Of late, Feliste has not been releasing any music or appearing in any concerts. This is probably because she has been preparing for her papers and also concentrating on her education.

It is a good thing to let children walk in their talents and also encourage them to concentrate on education. We have at least seen children who have succeeded in both talent and education.

Examples are Baby Gloria, Patricia Sitya Loss who is a dancer in ghetto kids among others. So it is possible to not only blossom in talent but also blossom in education.

What Felister is doing, is setting the pace for those who would like to do what she does. Sometimes there is a temptation to neglect books because of the money flowing in.

So for this, we probably need to applaud her parents and managers as well. Other parents can also learn from this and encourage children to walk in their talents and gifts.

Meanwhile, about the PLE papers, government had encouraged schools to let all children sit for their finals regardless of their fees balances. Regarding this directive, every student should sit for PLE.
