Your Media Stations Have Never Played My Songs – Gravity Omutujju To Katikkiro

Kidandali singer Gravity Omutujju has told the Katikkiro, Charles Peter Mayiga that the Buganda Kingdom official media stations have never played his songs. It should be noted that the Katikkiro informed all these platforms including CBS radio and BBS TV to never play Gravity or Lil Pazo’s Songs.

This is because they are vulgar and might cause distress to the listeners.

Additionally, Mayiga said that he doesn’t want to be questioned by the Kabaka or people he serves what type of music is being played on these stations.

The Okwepicha singer took to a video and told the Katikkiro that he does not sing vulgar music as claimed. He’s just a creator who employs art in his music just like he should do.

Besides neither BBS nor CBS have ever played his music ever since he started singing in 2011. Therefore, whoever told the Katikkiro all this is lying.

“Ssebo Owek. Katikkiro I want to tell you that I do not sing vulgar songs as I heard you saying while addressing me. I have never done so and will never do so. I’m just an artist that employs art in his music. Besides your media stations have never played any of mt songs ever since I started singing in 2011,” said Gravity.

This comes at the back of his newly released song, Omunio, which translates to “butt hole” in Luganda. This is not the first time he’s released controversial songs which he has always hugely profited from.
