He said he tried to reach out on multiple occasions but he didn’t respond to him in any way.
When Kenzo alongside other musicians started the federation, many artists followed them. They attended all their first meeting that included planning.
However, after the federation started meeting some government officials like Prime Minister Robina Nabanja, some artists started leaving.
Those who left are associates of the National Unity Platform (NUP) President a fellow singer Bobi Wine. Dealing with the government was like betrayal to him.
For Ziza Bafana, by the time he left, he had received some money that was distributed among the federation members. He said that even if he left the federation, he thinks that the money they had given him wasn’t enough he wanted more. On calling Kenzo about it, he ignored him.
The singer said there are people who have been telling him to take back the money but he doesn’t think he will ever do that. He didn’t even have it in plans instead he needs more.
“I tried reaching out to Kenzo about the money but he ignored me. I wanted more money from the federation. Those thinking I can take back the one I had received are funny,” he said.
