17 Year Old Boy Charged For Defiling 14 Year Old Girlfriend

A teenage boy aged 17 has been arrested and charged at Makadara law courts for defiling his 14 year old girlfriend who allegedly spent a night at his house in Korogocho slums In Kenya’s capital Nairobi.

A form three student and his girlfriend live with their parents in the same locality.

The teenage boy reportedly committed the crime on 20^th June 2020 in a house where he sleeps with younger brother.

It is alleged that both teenagers had met a few hours before and planned their night adventure.

The elder brother to the girl found out that his sister was missing from their house at the witching hours and decided to alert their parents.

Both were caught red-handed in bed at around 5am.

The boy’s mom took him to the police station and engaged the girl’s parents in reconciliation discussions.

The accused was released on bond after denying the charges before court.

However, the case hearing will start on 9^th September 2020.
