Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces More Than 100 New Assault Allegations

Three Men Accuse Diddy Of Rape And Sexual Assault In New Lawsuits

Three additional men have come forward with accusations of rape and sexual assault against Sean “Diddy” Combs, as detailed in recent lawsuits filed in New York Supreme Court. These lawsuits, filed separately on Thursday, pertain to incidents allegedly occurring between 2019-2022.

Two of the plaintiffs claim to have attended parties with Mr. Combs, where he personally offered them alcoholic drinks that rendered them unconscious, leading to accusations of rape.

Despite these serious claims, the rapper’s legal team has vehemently denied the allegations, labeling them as “full of lies.” Currently, Mr. Combs is in custody at a Brooklyn jail.

The escalating legal battle adds to over 30 civil cases brought against Mr. Combs, with many involving similar accusations of sexual assaults dating back to the 1990s.

His legal team remains steadfast in their defense, expressing confidence in proving the claims false and seeking sanctions against the lawyers behind what they deem as fictional accusations.

Legal proceedings and anonymous plaintiffs

Thomas Giuffra, the attorney representing the three plaintiffs, revealed that more than 60 individuals have approached his office with allegations against Mr. Combs.

The decision to file the lawsuits anonymously stems from fear of the rapper’s perceived power and influence.

One of the lawsuits, brought forward by an anonymous plaintiff known as John Doe, details an alleged assault at a nightclub in 2019.

The disturbing account includes being offered a cocktail by Mr. Combs, subsequent disorientation, and waking up to a harrowing situation of assault, with the presence of individuals recording the act.

Another anonymous plaintiff recounts an incident at Mr. Combs’ residence in 2020, where, after consuming alcohol, he claims to have been assaulted by multiple individuals associated with Bad Boys Entertainment.

The third plaintiff, who had a professional relationship with Mr. Combs, describes a distressing encounter involving drugged drinks and subsequent assault.

In addition to the civil lawsuits, Mr. Combs faces federal criminal charges related to sex-trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. Authorities allege his involvement in a disturbing scheme of sexual abuse and exploitation.

Despite these serious accusations, Mr. Combs maintains his innocence, with the trial set for May and his legal team staunchly defending him throughout.
