1. Don’t follow the pack as a leader
“Leaders don’t conform to the consensus.[2] They create consensus to their vision and goals,” Cuban posted Friday on Twitter and Cyber Dust, the private messaging app in which Cuban invests.[6]
2. Don’t veer from your position
“Leaders don’t change their positions mid-debate. [7]They welcome scorn from the masses because it creates the opportunity for dialogue,” he said.

3. Don’t live in the past
