Upcoming Singer Acidic Vokoz Clarifies Clashing Dates With Fellow Singer Mudra

New kid on the block, Acidic Vokoz has come out to clarify on the clashing concert dates with fellow singer Mudra. Both singers are set to have their debut concerts on the same date.

Apparently, the two singers’ maiden concerts will be in close proximity thus a fierce competition.

Mudra’s concert will take place at Zoe Grounds in Lugogo whereas Acidic Vokoz’ titled Ndi Musoga Concert will take place at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

According to the singer, he had initially planned to have his concert on the 9th of August. However, this date had a stack of concerts belonging to different big name artistes.

These include Weasel Manizo, Hajj Haruna Mubiru and comedy duo, Madrat and Chiko. Out of respect for them, he decided to shift his concert from that date to a new one.

In his head, he decided to hold it on the 30th of August. Although he hadn’t officially communicated it, he had made up his mind to stage it on this day. It was Mudra who announced the date before him.

According to him, he knew that the Balo Balo singer was going to have a concert on this day. However, he decided to have his too on the same day.

Acidic Vokoz added that most of his supporters are holiday makers who asked him to stage the concert in the holidays when they are home too.

Besides, he’s confident that they both will receive supporters because they do different kinds of music. On top of that, there have been different concerts on the same date and they have all sold out.

“I knew that Mudra was having a concert on the same date. But having removed my concert from an earlier date which had Weasel, Hajj Haruna Mubiru and Madrat & Chiko, I wasn’t going to postpone again. I believe both me and Mudra will sell out our concerts.”
