According to Newvision, Mumbere a cleaner at Dejavu bar who had in various press interviews narrated how the incident happened and the interventions made by his bosses but unfortunately he disappeared and his whereabouts are still unknown.
Patrick Onyango, Kampala Metro Politian police spokesperson, said “ Mumbere the key witness in Ak 47 ’s death disappeared and he is nowhere to be found, his employers didn’t know his home place and he didn’t have a cell phone, but the file is still open.”
The bar manager Stephen Kisenyi, who was arrested and later released on a bond is to help in the search for Mumbere said Patrick Onyango. The bar has been re-opened ever since the bar manager was released by the police.
