The Algerian professional football player who also plays as a winger for Manchester City, Riyad Mahrez finally sends Algeria into African Cup of Nations after yesterday’s free-kick which earned them a considerable 2-1 victory over Nigeria.

However, Riyad fired up from 20 yards with the last free kick sending Algeria to their first final since they took the trophy 3o years ago.
The North African Country will take on Sadio Mane’s Senegal for 2019 AFCON title on 19th July 2019.
We are very excited for qualifying to the African Cup of nations finals because we believe it’s very special,’Mahrez said.
He continued and said, it was their aim to do it for their Country and their families as well. We know very well that they are supporting us all the way. It’s therefore my dream to take the victory and hopefully we shall manage to.
Nigerian coach Rohr Gernot admitted the North African Country were worthy winners after denying Nigeria a chance to reach the finals.
I have to congratulate the Super Eagles for the big struggle against this good team. After a wonderful free-kick from Riyad Mahrez, they finally won it and they deserved it,’he said.
