Comedian Amooti Advises Parents Against Meddling In Children’s Marital Affairs

Popular Ugandan Comedian Amooti Omubalanguzi has advised parents to restrain from meddling in the marital affairs of their children. This is after he was asked by a TV reporter the type of man he wants to marry his daughter Coco.

Coco has recently become a social media sensations partly due to being the daughter of Amooti. As a father, Amooti said that the decision will be up to his daughter to choose the type of man she wants.

This is because he might want someone that is contrary to her liking. This is where he implored parents to let their children make their own choices when it comes to such sensitive issues.

“I can’t say what type of man I want Coco to marry. This is a decision she has to make on her own without me interfering. Parents out there should refrain from making such crucial decisions for their children. You might say that you want a religious man yet she wants a bad boy and you end up arguing,” he said.

Furthermore, Amooti said that he’s just as funny when he’s at home. The comedy never stops; it runs in the blood. Additionally, he said that he has another family of kids that is even funnier than his now popular daughter.

Meanwhile, the comedian called upon all his fans to come out in large numbers to support the Amarula Family in December. Amarulla will be celebrating its 25th anniversary on December 13th at the UMA show grounds in Lugogo.
