There is almost no sign to show that people are getting ready for the upcoming festivals. It’s understandable though but it has taught us a lot.
In the previous years, by the time November reaches, you would know that we are heading to the festive season. The songs, the movies, the shopping, the discounts and mostly the decorations. You can hardly see or hear that this year.
I can personally count the times I have heard or even seen anything Christmas-like being played on radios and televisions.
I understand the year has been tough, I mean who doesn’t want this year to end? Its been so traumatizing, people lost jobs, some lost relatives, businesses collapsed, I mean the list is endless.
However the truth of the matter is, when you have life, you still have a fighting chance to change the story. Let’s not soak ourselves in worry and forget the times of bonding with friends and family.
Worry does nothing but breed more more worry. If you can celebrate the festive season then do so. Yes this time it may be different but you can still make it very memorable.
We can still end this year on a good note regardless of the the things that have taken place. You won’t get anything if you lament apart from sorrow. so, why not just celebrate what you have to celebrate and forget what you have to forget.
