Are You Among The Covid-19 Lucky Ones?, If Not, Read On

It’s been months since the outbreak of the coronavirus and some people don’t seem to be getting any lucky. Whereas for others, life is on a rollercoaster. sliding down a smooth slope. This poses a question to many, ‘’Why not me?’’

Today, I will focus on the not so good side of the coin. So yes, God flipped the coin, and unfortunately, you are on that side but have you done anything and everything in your power to change that situation?

Many a time, we tend to forget that God puts us in the darkness to show us that he is the light. And when this darkness befalls us, we tend to want to spread it around. We are often jealous of someone else’s achievements.

Take an example, Nina Roz just introduced Daddy Andre after 4 months of dating. Now just because you suffered 3 heartbreaks in two months, you go and curse as much as you can on her social media.

Do you stop and ask yourself whether Nina Roz also went through these heartbreaks before finally settling? Let us flip the coin one bit and you are on the lucky side now. Knowing what you have been through, would your own criticism make you happy?

We need to stop judging people because they have achieved a lot and instead applaud them for their hard work. Eddy Kenzo recently went to Togo for a business trip and he posted a picture of himself sleeping on dollar bills.

That did not mean that he was showing off, people have different ways of celebrating achievements. When you got your paycheck for the last two months and you got drunk in a club and slept on the floor in your vomit, did anyone judge you?

We’re all created different

If we were all meant to be the same, we would probably all be 6feet tall. All our fingers the same height. There would be no blacks or Asians or Red Indians. It would be just ‘’US’’ and that is something we all need to understand.

Kylie Jenner recently bought her daughter a $10,000 backpack to go back to ‘Home school’ and everyone was on her case. She received worldwide criticism for treating her daughter well but the question is, isn’t she her daughter? None of those critics asked her to have a child. And then I ask when these products are manufactured, are they not meant to be bought? No one ever judges you when you put on your 10-inch stilettos just because you are 4’’8. You just adore looking a few more inches tall.

Everything exists for its own purpose and we need to stop judging lucky people for having access to these things.

When you also finally become rich and you can afford a brand new Range Rover Evoque, it will not mean that the rest of the world affords it too. It is just you.
