Ugandan music promoter and socialite Sipapa whose real names are Charles Oryem the CEO of Sipapa entertainment has shocked revelers after the Facebook blogger Ashburg Katto shared his video clip on social media when he was in the shrine.

This morning, the self proclaimed blogger Ashburg Katto shared a video when Sipapa was heard threatening to come back for Balaam in part two. He said all that while in the Shrine with a female witch doctor lining besides four eggs on a plate.
