Atletico Madrid Win The Europa League Trophy

The Spanish team Atletico Madrid beat Marseille in Lyon France to win their third Europa League trophy in nine years.

Atletico Madrid last night punished Marseille in 3 goal thriller to lift the Europa trophy of this season.

Antoine opened the scoring for the Atletico Madrid after Marsielle’s defender Andre made a poor touch.

Marsielle’s chances of winning the game lowered when their play maker Dimitri Payet moved out of the game due to injury.

Payet was a doubt even before the game however he passed the lastest fitness test .He moved out of the game in tears.

Griezman later scored his second goal of the nite and his captian Gabi score the third goal for Atletico hence winning the game on 3-0
