A couple of days ago, the president talked about his army senior officer who have lost their lives including Bell, Erica Mukasa, Victor and Nkeera whom he said he did know him personally considering that the army is quite large.
The president also honored the late Kasirye Gwanga who went through as a prisoner of war in Tanzania. He said Kasirya came to see him at Tweyanze in Ngoma Sub-county Nakaseke in September 1983.
