Barbie tried to show all mothers what they should do in order for them to remain healthy, adding that mothers should avoid fake excuses when it comes to doing exercises, because they become their excuses for life.
‘’If you are a mother, you know that we tend to push off anything that involves ourselves. It is our habit to give all that we are to everybody else but ourselves. We rarely take care of our own needs and naturally, we have genuine excuses for this kind of sacrifice. We love endlessly, offer a shoulder to everyone of our loved ones, wipe everybody’s tears and comfort them all. We barely spare some few minutes in a day to refill and take care of us. Even when we have a moment to spare, some of us do not know how best to have “me time”. One effective off loading place is the workout place. Most of us hate to exercise and we excuse ourselves often. These fake excuses for exercise become our excuses for life. If we do not consider ourselves, we will fall into a habitual routine of never taking care of ourselves. Excersise is the best means to have better sleep, have an alert mind, stay happy and active. If we are truly important to ourselves and want to be in a better position to take care of our loved ones, we should make time to work out,’said Barbie Kyagulanyi.
