Baryomunsi; Opposition Parties In This Country Are Not Serious

Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Dr. Chris Baryomunsi has said opposition parties in this country are not serious.

He says their only aim is for Museveni to go which is not serious enough to get them to leadership. Baryomunsi said this while on NBS Frontline, a late night show.

“The opposition parties are not serious in this country. If you look at FDC and NUP, what is their aim? Their only aim is Museveni must go. We believe that it is not about changing leadership. In football, when you have a player who scores, you make them play up to the end of the game. Time will come, and we will change President Museveni.”

According to him, this is just too cheap to be their only aim. He says right now Ugandans are not looking for change but bread on their tables. The day they need change, Ugandans will vote for change.

“The majority of Ugandans are not looking at change of leadership. They only look at, is there bread on the table? Where they see they need change, they will effect it,” Minister Chris Baryomunsi said.

Meanwhile, opposition supporters couldn’t let Baryomunsi go without  throwing some dirt on him. Some said if opposition aims for “Museveni must go” , then his is just the opposite, so how different are they?
