Bebe Cool Appeals To Gov’t To Adopt Six Months Lock Down

The Gagamel International boss Moses Ssali commonly known as Big size Bebe Cool was the first Ugandan artiste to sing about Corona virus in an all star song called ‘Corona Distance‘. He has been vocally stable in sensitizing Ugandans about the spread of the epidermic.

While in his new Ntinda based studio, the ‘Wire Wire‘ Hit maker featured with artistes like Vinka, Fresh Kid, Azawi, John Blaq, Fik Fameica and others. He was encouraging people to keep a bigger distance while following guidelines from the Ministry of Health.

What disorganized many Ugandans is when Bebe appealed to the government to extend the lock down period to six months in order to end the spread of Coronavirus.

“China is a first world country but it took it three months to slow down the spread of this disease. I am appealing to the government that it should adopt six months lockdown. However it should be done in phases just like the President did it at first. Most Ugandans get a meal after working, so if you announce the six months lockdown they will all be shocked and we shall lose some of them. So it should  be done in phases,” Bebe Cool said.
