The two Uganda’s music stars, Ssali Moses commonly known by his stage names Bebe Cool and Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu commonly known as Bobi Wine on Friday met and shook hands at ten years of Eddy Kenzo concert that took place at Kampala Serena Hotel.
Both artistes have had misunderstandings on several issues for many years ranging from music industry to politics whereby Bebe Cool has proved to be a good supporter for NRM and a good friend to the president of Uganda, Yower Kaguta Museveni while Bobi Wine is on the opposition side ( People Power movement ). The politics alone has caused direct conflicts among the two big names.
It was a shock last Friday night when the two enemies met and shook hands in the presence of Charles Peter Mayiga at Eddy Kenzo’s concert. Fans and revelers couldn’t believe what they physically saw, it was indeed a spectacular moment and sign of unity.
After having unbelievable gentleman’s handshake, they finally hugged each other as a sign of respect and maturity, prompting a loud clapping from fans and supporters who were at the concert.
We believe 2019 is a year of reconciliation, its time for enemies to forgive each other and forget, then come to the same table to resolve their differences.
