Bebe Cool Fails To Turn Up For Swearing In Ceremony

Musician Bebe Cool, a known supporter of NRM yesterday failed to show up for the swearing-in ceremony. For reasons unknown, his absence comes as a shock to many.

The “Bogolako” singer is an ardent supporter of the NRM, for him not to show up says a lot. No traces of him, though rumour has it that he was invited.

On the contrary, Full Figure was sighted having fun. She dressed up smartly. It should be noted that Full Figure found Bebe already a part of the NRM camp.

She was invited and even part of the committee that welcomed the guest presidents. Anyway, this may not be a shock since she is close to Justine Lumumba, the NRM Secretary-General.

All this simply shows there is danger in the NRM camp. Otherwise, supporters like Bebe need a special kind of treatment. The singer has stood with NRM amid all the violence. There was even a time when fans threw bottles at him for supporting President Museveni.

The NRM to treat him like a stranger now is really alarming and all other NRM supporters should probably look out.

Issues about Bebe Cool started the time the President called all the NRM celebrity supporters. Apparently, when he wanted to speak up, the President told him he didn’t want to hear a thing from him, “Wacha Wacha”, he said.

Most people in that room came out talking about this and even made fun of it. Among them was Full Finger, Catherine Kusassira, Isma Olaxes, Khalifa Aganaga among others.

Up to now, the relationship between the president and Bebe cool has been sour.
