Being Present And Being Felt, The Two Are Completely Different

Most times people think being present somewhere is enough for them to show people that they are around. Have you ever thought about it, that you can be present and never be felt. If yes, then you should know that these two are completely different.

It is even funnier when the people who seem to be absent are more felt than those that are present in a place.

Sit down and ask yourself, does your presence make any impact in a place. You can be in place for so many years and no one can feel your presence. It can go to the point that even when you’re absent, no one feels the gap you left.

Another person may come just for a while and because of the things they do, they win the hearts of people.

If you want to know whether people feel your presence, see how they react to your absence. If no one bothers to know why you’re not there, perhaps why you didn’t show up, you have to go back to the drawing board.

In this case if its a job, it means anytime they land on someone who is present, helpful and felt, you will be at the verge of losing your job.

This is not to put you under pressure, but make sure that when you’re not around, you are missed. People say that everyone is replaceable but this is not completely true, there are people who are honestly irreplaceable.

They may not even be the best, but the way they execute the tasks given to them may be really unique.

There are just some people, if you see them part of something you just know its going to work out. Their presence is so much felt. Be versatile, be willing to learn new things, research.

Do those extra things that no one has told you to not for them but for your own good. It’s those little things that make us unique and enable us to stand out among everyone one else.
